No. Estimates are free and there's no trip charge. We'll also run the 25-point safety inspection while we're there and leave you the results, whether or not you hire us.
Treat it as one. A door with a broken spring is extremely heavy and the opener isn't built to lift it. Don't try to force it open, don't park under it, and call us. We’re open seven days and most jobs get handled the same day or the next — we’ll tell you honestly which when you call.

It’s included in the price — there’s no separate warranty product to buy. Warranties include parts and labour and cost nothing extra. Labour-only jobs carry a standard one-year warranty. Parts coverage runs one year, two years, five years or lifetime depending on the part fitted — you get the exact term in writing on your invoice before you pay. It doesn’t cover damage that isn’t ours: another company touching our parts, DIY repairs, or the door being hit.
